Dear Vicky,

I have spoken with Dr Akmal Makdum today regarding the bedrooms. As the rate code has been set-up with the discount promotion advised after this we have added a special notice filed into our reservation system so this can be advised on booking the accommodation. The 1st 200 bedrooms booked will be £42.50 to the individuals with the additional £42.50 to the main account of the conference.

I will today put a second copy of the contract in the post. Please can ask that this is return by the end of next week.
